The home is very close to the Landing shopping centre in Wigram where there is a New World supermarket, lots of eateries & the silky otter cinema. It’s within a 5 minute walk to the bus stop, a 10 minute drive to UC, and 15 minute drive to the city.
Double glazed windows & a heat pump keep this home cozy in the winter months. Private & secure fenced back yard area with outdoor furniture.
The medium sized room is furnished with a new king single bed, a bedside table & lamp, a clothes rack & new bedding (see in photos)
It has a large single built in wardrobe. Loads of extra space for dressers & and rugs etc!
