the house is a 5 bedroom 2 storey house with 2 toilets, 1 shower, a dining and a laundry and has a large living room with wood fire.  all the bedroom is good size can fit double beds and has a wardrobe in each of the rooms.  the house will be furnished with all the basic items such as washing machine, fridge, tv... so you will only need furnitures for your room. 

the house is situated near all the essential shops and facilities. 2 blocks away from supermarket, bank, bakery... one streets away from Saturday market, which is great to get cheap vege and fruit. bus stop around the corner with buses to Massey and city centre. about 20 minute walk to the plaza, great location uni goers.

The rent for each room is $80 dollars per week paid in one week advance. with 160 bonds. and there will be an additional $40 for power, internet and  basic food and household items. we will share dinner and basic food such as milk, bread, eggs, washing powder and other common items as it works out cheaper and there isn't space for 5 people having their own bread and milk and other what nots. so each person is to cook for the flat one night a week. so the total cost is $120 per week paid in one week advance and $160 bonds.

Ideal tenant will be Christian oriented, uni student or young professional. who are happy to live with other international oriented young people. good morel conducts is essential and can organise their own time and finance well.

*tenancy condition will be based on the Residential Tenancies Act, however because I am the owner, it doesn't actually come under the act.

This is a flat that likes to live in community, so all cooking and cleaning is split evenly. We enjoy having people over, and our aim is to keep the flat a place where people feel welcome to stop by whenever.

The flat is well established, so all that is needed is furniture for the bedroom. The room itself is large enough for a double bed, and has a built in wardrobe. There is a desk if needed.
