Current tenants are  28 yo NZ European male and a 35 yo Maori male + a cat. I work at the Devonport Navy Hospital supporting the medical software. (+ a cat). Relaxed and easy going and a bit of a neat freak (I plain refuse to live in an untidy house).

Looking for male or female 25 to 35 yoa. Clean and tidy. Non smoker and no pets. Preferrably not into drinking.

Move in expenses are two weeks rent ($216.66) + two weeks in advance + $200 bond.

Two-Storey house our 2 rooms upstairs and 2 rooms downstairs. The single room comes with a built in wardrobe and a desk and a chest of draws. There is also a tv cable in the room if you would like your own tv! There is one bathroom downstairs (seperate bath, shower, toilet) with plans for a second bathroom to go upstairs to make for easier house sharing!

The number 8 bus stops at end of our street and goes straight to town. We are close to Riccarton Mall, and Orbiter bus stop is 10 mins walk. Rest of house fully furnished. Lovely big modern kitchen with dishwasher and two seating areas in lounge.

Apparently, the differences between "Thanks for the fish" and disparaging remarks about matriarchal family figures are more subtle than originally realised.

However, you live and learn. At least you learn.

The room in question is not huge, but that is not without its own inherent advantages. Your personal game of bullrush becomes a less arduous task, and there is substantially less space to cover when looking for lost objects.
