Hi! We are looking for a flatmate for my sunny, well insulated 1940's bungalow.
You will be sharing the house with 2 easy going flatmates, (both working professionals, late 20's / early 30's), and one cat (not working, but very cool and aged 5:)
Initially the room is available for 6 months starting from March 12th, though this will probably extend.
The room is a double, and is north west facing. The house has a heat pump that can handle the extremes well (cools the lounge nicely when necessary in summer and worked fine during the first big snow dump last year - for the second one other heaters were used too), polystyrene underfloor insulation and very thick batt roof insulation.
There is wireless internet, and the house has all the main appliances etc already there including a dryer for the rare occasions it is needed.
The location is superb. Pioneer Complex is only a 3 min walk away. The river can be walked to in only 10 min, and Zeroes Cafe in 15 min easily.
The expenses amount covers for phone line, internet, power, and the all-important toilet paper.
