All furniture is optional.

Price includes power, wireless broadband and phone (free national calls).

House is a rear section so is private with established gardens, garden swing and a large walnut tree. Also has heat-pump, dishwasher (outside laundry), shower, 2 toilets, washing machine, dryer, garage (storage), microwave, flat screen etc. OSP.

Orbiter and Metro bus stops literally on doorstep. Close to supermarket, chemist, eateries (Indian, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Pizza Hut, Fish n Chips) dairy, Star Video, Westpac ATM. 3 mins drive to Northlands, lil more to Westfield/Uni.

We buy/cook our own food. Share in cleaning (communal areas etc) and gardening (weeding, lawns occasionally) in Summer.
We're an easygoing house and would like to live with responsible, tidy and considerate people.

2 cats/outside guinea pig.
