The 2 bedroom townhouse is the best in the complex being an end unit- quiet and sunny with a large private backyard and a shed for storage ie mountain bikes etc. Amenities include a mediterranean style pool, gym and on-site manager.
Onsite parking is available.
The house is fully furnished except for bedroom (photos show previous tenants stuff). There is also plenty of good inside storage.
10mins to the city / 5mins to St Lukes and Kingsland. There is a train station at the end of the road and it’s only 2 stages into the city (very handy if you don’t want to pay for parking!).
Rent is $220/week plus expenses.
Successful applicant is required to pay 3wks rent as bond ($660).
