Hi everyone. Just a little room 8 by 8 ft but with wardrobe. Big 50's house with gas fire, big lounge, huge Kitchen and big yard. We are all laid back , Im 51 go to life west , Mike is 60 ish and works as a handyman all over west. Good lifestyle here imho , we all do our own thing but always friendly too . Lots of great walks around nearby park and bus stop and dairy 2 minutes walk. .
We are looking for full time worker that's not on nightshift later than 10 pm . Not looking for a work from home situation sorry . Will need references if possible . No drugs obviously . We have had a few bad experiences so need to stipulate that :) We are hoping for easy going amd considerate in the main thing . We are kiwi but do like migrants and people from other countries .
Price is $135 for room plus $30 expenses .
