KiaOra We are looking for one or possibly two more awesome flatmates to fill that hole in our hearts! haha..
Currently we are two guys, 28 and 20, one studying and one working..involved with our local church and youth, play sports, and generally out and about often..
Looking for good easy going people, tidy, Male or Female, preferably in your 20's..good team player while still being able to look after yourself.
The house is located on Roberts Road in Islington and rent is including the room ..power ..phone.. wireless broadband.. firewood and most food.

Pretty casual and laid back we dont have too many rules as such but we usually wash dishes and cook dinner once a week each.
House is fully furnished with everything you need to survive.
The room is a single and has a built in wardrobe. A bed, bed side table/ dresser can be included if you need.
The low down:
Some renovations have been completed and some are under way along with EQC repair work but the house is safe as.
We had two bathrooms so one is under a complete new fitout, the house is warm and dry with a new heatpump plus a fireplace to keep you toastie warm so long as you put wood on it.
All in all I try to keep it all as tidy as possible..
