● this property has the benefit of backing onto reserve with pleasant outlook;
● the kitchen is stocked with a range of appliances;
● heat pump keeps the house warm and dry all year round;
● the property is located within a brand new Fletcher developed subdivision known as Waiata Shores within the South Auckland suburb of Conifer Grove, within close proximity to the on/off ramp of the Takanini interchange with the southern motorway.
● amenities close at hand include Songbird Cafe, Countdown (both walking distance), Pak-n-Save, Manurewa Town Centre, shops within takanini, a number of parks and reserves as well as the Inlet.
