Looking For: I am looking for two clean and tidy, female flatmates who are not an home party animals but do like to socialise. I would like this to be a home environment where you are happy to live in the entire house and do not feel restricted to your room.

Description: There is one single bedroom with a double wardrobe and one double bedroom with a double wardrobe available for rent.

You are welcome to use any furniture in the rooms (featured in the pictures) at no extra cost or bring your own. A king single can be provided if required.

The shower pressure is great! There is a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tv and gas heater. There is a large living room and outdoor area as well.

There is a large spacious backyard which is fully fenced. Ashurst park is out the back gate so no rear neighbours.
There is also a garage that can be used for storage and there is a carport for a car and plenty of off road parking.

The Base Shopping Centre is just a short walk away.

Household chores would be managed and split between us.

Costs:

The double bedroom is $207 per week including power, gas and internet. Bond is $660.

The single room is $180 per week including power, gas and internet. Bond is $555.

About Me: I am a 27 year old Christian female who attends Gateway Church. I have two cats who will give you lots of love once they are used to you.

I like cosplay, crafts, art, singing, reading, cats, other cute animals, shoes and some forms of exercise.
