Great location, close walking distance to Hagley park and a few amazing cafes :) The house has 3 bedrooms and a sleepout (the available room is in the house). 1 bathroom (separate toilet) and parking on street (and sometimes drive). The available room has a built in wardrobe and loft bunk bed, however previous flatmates have opted to have a bigger bed on the floor. This room can come furnished (similar to what's shown here) or unfurnished, based on your preference.
Currently three of us live here - female, 25-35 years old (working). Move in date is flexible, and open to short term rental!
