This cozy house has easy access to bus stops and is only a short distance away from the University of Canterbury. It is within easy walking distance to the nearest supermarket and about a ten-minute drive to Riccarton Mall and a fifteen-minute drive to the City Centre.
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the surroundings are quiet and peaceful. Lots of suburban homes.
Please note that the furnishings in the house are slightly different compared to the photos supplied and that the bedrooms are not furnished.
The bedrooms come in two sizes…
the first one is a good sized double bedroom and is $200/week
the second one is a spacious double bedroom and is $225/week.
All the basics like fridge, oven, stove, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher etc. is supplied.
Unlimited Wifi is included in the weekly rent.
Power etc. will be split between everyone. Also, chores will be split between everyone.
